FMA 03 has aged supremely well, I'd barely even notice it in some places.

And because of your icon, I'd say that TB has aged quite well in terms of story. The earlier volumes can seem a bit dated in art style, but I think 5/6/7 still hold up perfectly.

I honestly can't remember the manga artstyle changing much. I'd go back and compare if I had the books here right now, but alas. I'm pretty sure the OVAs would be like the oldest anime ever, though.

In general, I'd say a lot of Clamp anime adaptations that I've seen would still be good today - Angelic Layer, CCS and X, certainly. xxxHolic, Tsubasa and Kobato... well, weren't very good to begin with, but the only one that would clearly feel ancient would be Clamp School Detectives which no-one's ever heard about anyway.
