Clearly I've been pouring gravy in there.

This guy just seemed to think that fat people get sick because they're fat. Always. Like it's the thing he wants to shoehorn in, the reminder that I'm fat and I shouldn't be. But you know... give me antibiotics for my middle ear infection, because losing weight isn't going to bring my hearing back.
