I love blue cheese, the softer and stinkier the better, though I've got a love affair going on with Trader Joe's cambazola, which is about as mind as you can get for a blue cheese. I also love taleggio, and mushroom brie.

Hard cheeses can go unless it's a truffle cheese. I fuckin' love me some truffle.
