Dean Cain, first mixed race person to play a major superhero. Good choice there.

I just really love his adaption. It was the first adaption where Clark was who he was and Superman was the mask. That's my preferred interpretation of his character. Plus, Cain and Hatcher had so much chemistry. And she was a kickass Lois.

He was much closer to the original "mild mannered" Clark, which used to just mean he was a chill guy. I loved what Chris Reeve did with his acting, but the 70s concept of mild mannered as a milksop was always a bit weird.
