Lilo and Stitch, Mulan, Ever After, The Princess Bride, are a few that come to mind that always make me smile.

I don't know that I watch straight-up happy movies. I watch things more where there is hard work but the ending is happy. Return of the King. Return of the Jedi. Lion King. Marvel movies. I'm not sure they can quite be called happy, but the endings are very happy (for the most part).

Rocknrolla, Young Frankenstein, The Addams Family, It Happened One Night, Hot Fuzz, Persuasion...


(On another note, looking through the last 11 years of my Netflix activity and seeing that 99% of what I choose to watch is grim and depressing....is hilarious to me now for some reason.)
