Don't tweet too much or you'll annoy people!!" and I'm looking for things like "what's the difference in etiquette between retweeting and quote-tweeting? Do I have to know someone well to reply to their tweet? What are classic "old person" moves on Twitter?"

The meme was very popular everywhere at the same time the neo-Nazis really started pushing to be more public and so they made lots of pro-Nazi Pepe memes. If it was a few years ago it would probably have been Grumpy Cat saying NO JEWS.
