I wouldn't have been a Mister Rogers "Picture Picture" segment, would it? I can't recall if those ever had kids narrating or commenting though

A quick search found one episode where Mr. Rogers did visit a doll factory to see how dolls were made, and there was a black doll in the picture. Can't seem to find a video of the ep though
