Agreed, OP!

I would so be there for Derek when he was a teenager - maybe starting before the fire and then making that the climax of the first season - first following Derek's relationship with Paige from Visionary. I would love to have seen some Derek and Laura sibling butt-kicking action, and the post-fire grief and angst.

Is Ian Nelson doing anything? I'd totally watch this now.
