Hey Niacin anon!

You've convinced me. I picked up some "Slo Niacin" and will try it tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes!

How long before you started noticing effects?

Not niacin anon, but please make sure you read up on the side effects of niacin, particularly at high doses. Just because it's a vitamin doesn't mean it won't effect your health adversely if you're not careful. Ask a doctor or pharmacist, don't rely on some rando from the internet who saw a really interesting documentary on Netflix.

Oh you. I guess I should have said "You've convinced me to look into it more and I'm going to give it a chance!"

I am very hesitant to take anything before thoroughly researching it. Also starting at a low dose and I journal whenever I take any new vitamin or medication, to keep track of moods/reactions/etc.

Feel better?

Hi it's me! I honestly didn't get side effects for a long time, but as the other person here said, definitely research, start slowly, etc. :-) Best of luck!

Lmao I picked up niacin today too. I looked into it online (like 5 or 6 different sources) and I went out and got some. I have a lot of health issues that I hope it'll help with. I really can't afford anti-depressants and niacin looks like it'll help my skin and cognitive issues as well, so it seems like it's worth a shot.
