Ooh! Let me tell you mine. I always thought Dean would be excellent at flipping houses. Like, really shitty houses in the middle of nowhere that you can buy for a couple of thousand because they're so run down (like the ones seized for lack of tax payment or for crime associations, at sheriff's sales). He could live there while he fixes it up, work with his hands (which I think he'd like) and he could get rid of any ghosts that might happen to be there. Then he could sell the house for less than it's really worth (just enough for him to feel like he made a decent profit) to someone who needs a break, before getting in the Impala and drifting to the next place.

I know of what I speak. My dad bought a house at a sheriff's sale once for $50. Didn't do a damn thing to it, and sold it for a couple thousand.
