Live Cams

(Anonymous) 2017-02-25 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I've been watching that livestream for that giraffe about to give birth for two days now (on and off). Damn thing still hasn't had her baby.

But what are some of your favorite livestreams? Could be of animals, places, things, whatever.

Right now the Shibuya scramble crossing and Keeping up with the Kattarshians. During spring and summer I usually follow different bird nests and seals.

I watched a giraffe livecam a few years ago on Animal Planet (live on TV). I think we were waiting to see the baby stand up, and it finally did and my family got so excited, haha. It was cute seeing the other giraffes wanting to see the baby by looking over the wall at it. Sadly the same giraffe died last year (iirc) from an injury.

Animal Planet's website usually has a few cams going in different places. Back when they'd have shelter puppies I'd like to check in on them during slow periods at work. My supervisor liked to put up a livecam of a hummingbird nest or a birdfeeder, depending on the season.
