Can you hide the fact that you are on Facebook? Like anonymously browse it?

What do you mean by anonymously browse it?

Like no one has to know you're online, keep your chat/messenger off, don't like or comment and no one will know.

If you mean being essentially anon, you MUST have a name on facebook, but you can still create a fake profile and not friend anyone (facebook frowns on this, but if you have a real sounding name for your fake profile it's not likely they'll take it down.)

From who? Facebook literally throws out cookies into your browser left and right so it can track what you're doing even if you aren't logged in or in any way accessing Facebook. It's nuts.
