Coffee. My first experience was a 5:30AM accidental gulp when I was 11 and it took me until I was 22 to actually like it. Now at 30 I'm fairly fond of it when I have it the "right" way for me.

Makeup. Something I hated all the way up until college, when I finally found stuff that didn't aggravate my acne or make me look over-done. Just cute and presentable.

Napping--at least until it became my lifeblood my junior and senior year of college.
