(Anonymous) 2008-05-11 11:35 pm (UTC)(link)Get over it. What exactly squicks you? Their age? Their gender? Their hostility, which makes you think they could never work as a couple?
1)Kanda is legal, and Allen is legal in some countries. And newsflash; underage sex does happen, wowowow. Shocking, I know. Do you feel this way about Allen/Rinali as well, or, judging by your mental age, Ash/Misty?
2)Seeing as I'm not going to get into the gender issue, let's go to their characters. Sure, they may look incompatable, but half the fun, to me, is figuring out how a pairing would work, and how their differences could be reconciled. I can't really see Allen with anyone right now as he's too selfless and focused on his use rather than his emotions, and the same goes for Kanda, but why for heaven's sake can't some people try and make it happen? Or even age them up and see if it works a few years down the line.
For fuck's sake, I don't even ship it, but you can just avoid the things you don't like rather than make a big stink over nothing.
