12. There's no real science to be a fan. It just happens, really.
15. The show is already brain-breaking enough, but it would be lulzy if Ebichu was a guy. I mean, those scene with that guy in love with her would be 10x lulzier. Oh, Ebichu, you raped whatever innocence I had left in me watching your show back in my college animu club.
30. Nah, MeruPuri is a nice title, but it's very, very generic even more so than Vampire Knight.
35. Nah, Sophie might as kissed him, but she wouldn't sleep with a 15 year old boy, especially when she's in love with Alex. Besides that scene in 16 was pretty right after that happened.
46. I don't miss DB and YYH for sure. Meh, I moved on and don't be surprised that people do too.Shounen Jump didn't change all that much if you look at the big picture, it always followed trends. But I would kill for another historical Jump title like Kenshin though.
57. Really? Outside of the whole "friendship is above all" aspect of their personalities, Tai and Tsuna can be anymore different. Tai was courageous, spoke his mind when he wanted to, and can be a bit too much and very immature. Tsuna was a coward for a big part of the series, he would only be courageous if his friends' life were on the line. Now Tsuna is a lot more braver now and has a goal, he's still an awkward teen. Maybe it's the hair. It's always the hair.
61. Oh Flava Flav. You singlehanded made a whole race look bad in every Monday. ;_; MLK is rolling in his grave, seriously.
62. I didn't think that I would have to use this so soon:
Hate it all you want, but if you can't explain on WHY it's bad other than LOL fangirl bait(which is not legitimate criticism anyway), don't bother.
70. Nah, sometimes people take it a LITTLE too far in analyze usually harmless things.
72. Bottle fairies = MOE NUTBLADDER BROKEN. That was a damn cute show.

(Anonymous) 2008-05-13 01:23 am (UTC)(link)I'm sure you didn't mean it that way, so please don't take this wrong, but that's...seriously not cool. :/ Would you complain that (insert annoying white person here, perhaps one who acts like a stereotype redneck/other undesirable white person stereotype) was making all white people look bad, and (insert acceptable/"heroic" white person here) was rolling in his grave about it?
I'm not saying that you're an omghorribleracist!! or anything, just that you should probably think a bit more when you're about to make a comment about race.

Some (emphasis on some) people actually base their opinions on what they see on TV, especially when they take things for trutn on reality shows (which aren't totally real anyway).

(Anonymous) 2008-05-13 05:41 am (UTC)(link)I guess your comment just came across to me less as "Flava Flav promotes hurtful stereotypes" and more as "Flava Flav makes black people look bad," which...is impossible, since no one person of any group should make an entire group look bad, but the idea that they should is often used in racist/sexist/homophobic/etc arguments. So I reacted too quickly, and for that I apologize.
