I know how you feel. I'm a Cyclops fan. Everyone hates Cyclops, especially the writers.

I'm not a Scott fan, but the bias against him from the writers has always bothered me. Especially in the movies.

Poor Scott, somewhere along the way everyone decided he was an asshole, and everyone followed suit. Even when he's written well he's still made into the Jerk Character. At least X-Men Evolution tried making him likable.

I used to hate him, but I was surprisingly not hating him in the Cable & Deadpool run, which made me realize that he's much better character when not angsting over Jean. By now I honestly think the writers should should just have them get a friendly divorce and stop trying to shove drama into the relationship because it doesn't make either character any favors.
