The biggest I've heard is that if you're young and poor, you'll get less help paying for your insurance than if you're old and poor. Because young people never get cancer or involved in wrecks or shootings or anything.

Also there's something about $3,000 exposing how little the people making these laws actually understand what it costs to be sick, but I don't really understand the plan or argument.

My favorite is that they got rid of the individual mandate... and replaced it with a surcharge on insurance plans that you incur when you buy insurance after being off it for more than two months.

So in other words, you still incur a monetary penalty for not having insurance; it just goes to a corporation instead of the government. Also it might be more punitive, I'm not sure.
