Just wait it out. They ALWAYS have at least three sales a year (usually the newer makers are discounted less, so don't hold out for a $10 MV sale) and they generally advertise it on the main Steam page when they do. Whenever there is a big sitewide sale, Degica stuff also goes on sale (so summer sale, black friday, christmas, etc.).

I'd also suggest signing up for Degica's newsletters. They announce Steam sales and also sometimes have free resources (nothing to write home about, but they're easily editable to fit your needs).
