1) Consider getting a goodreads account! Sometimes it's easier to motivate yourself if you have an outside system of documentation/accountability. Also, if you give star ratings for a bunch of books you like from back when you read more often, it will recommend you stuff.

2) Some people will read more if they set aside time to go to a park or coffee shop or whatever with only the book so they have no distractions. Some people will read more if they just download the kindle app on their most-used device so that the convenience barrier is lowered and books can become one more tab among many to consume constantly. You can experiment and see if either of these works for you.
