Really the only actual NOTP I have (as opposed to "don't ship it but whatever" pairings) is Rose Tyler and the Tenth Doctor. I loved her with Nine, and I find Ten bearable-to-enjoyable with Martha and Donna, but together? Nope. They bring out the worst (smug, selfish, and entitled) in each other and it's painful to watch.

I'm a Martha lover, and I'll always feel slightly embittered that he completely, in my opinion took her for granted. He was better with Donna, but shit. I can only deal with it knowing that Martha was a badass on her own, realized she didn't need his approval or anything, and went on to Torchwood.

Someone once mentioned Martha meeting with 9, which I think would have been very interesting, and the doctor with the scarf...5? I can't recall.

Sidenote: the obvious NOTP (obvious) of Martha/Simm!Master is one of my favorite pairings.

Emma Swan/Killian Jones, in a "wow I prefer Emma single to Emma in a relationship, but I'd rather see Emma paired with ...not in order of preference but let's see: Graham, Neal, Regina, Mulan, Anton, Ruby, Lily, non-evil Walsh, Merlin..." The only other Emma ships I don't care for are Emma/Jefferson, and Emma/August, but I don't hate them like I do Captain Swan.

I've got other NOTPs, but right now the only one coming to mind is Kylo Ren/anyone. Sorry, I just see him as too messed up to ship and I've shipped some messed up stuff.

Right now, Ignis/Noctis from FFXV. It just feels... incestuous to me, idk. Ignis feels very parental, and I feel like Noct probably imprinted on him that way because of his own dad's distance.

(I headcanon Ignis as asexual, too, but I'm certain I'd NOTP it even if I thought otherwise.)

Most pairings that break up one of my OTPs are NOTPs for me, but I think I have a particularly strong reaction to Sherlock/Molly and Mary/John/Sherlock.

Sherlock/Molly is a particular NOTP for me because it just feels like such a self-insert ship to me. Like female fans who are hot for BC are using Molly as a stand-in. Which, I admit, is kind of a BS reason, since there are undoubtedly a fair few people using John as a stand-in as well. Plus, there's not actually anything wrong with using a character as a stand-in to live out one's fantasies. But I'm basically allergic to mary-sue/self-insert fic of any kind, and if people do that kind of thing with John, it just never feels as obvious to me as it does when it's Molly.

As for Johnlockary...I just can't. I have no good reason whatsoever. I just hate it. I don't hate Mary herself, but I hate that the writers chose the John-gets-married aspect of ACD canon as one of the aspects they wanted to keep rather than one of the many aspects they decided to scrap.

Pretty much any pairing that fandom decides "It's canon! (or probably going to be canon!) So you have to like it!" How about no?
