As a single person, freezing vegetables has been a lifesaver!!! I work at a farm during the summer so I don't pay for vegetables all summer. I learned how to make tomato sauce and since I get a box of tomatoes, I'm able to stock up all year. It's the best thing ever to freeze and also only buying what you're going to need.
