Okay. Cooked and cleaned, did some work on my hobbies, about to go pick up a couple of things from the store and maybe visit a friend at her job.

Horrible. Work person from before. I am not going to try and get a note. Boss told co-worker that he might still write her up for using the bathroom even if she gets a doctor's note (she has IBS and a weak bladder from having a baby). :|

And my shoulder and back are killing me from working on this stupid machine we got two weeks ago (but I am the only one trained to use it).

pretty standard. not too busy or too slow. nothing really remarkably good or bad happened. I'll take it after how this week was going lol

I am trying to find a roommate and have three people I'm talking to but they're all slow to respond and I want to apply ASAP to get the apartment I really want. so that's kinda stressful

My dad was supposed to travel to OK this week to visit us. But he had multiple car problems. My sister is particularly devastated about that.

Oh man, I'd be so disappointed :(

Yeah, it is not great. And like...his engine caught on fire so don't know if that is fixable any time soon.

Mediocre.

Pretty decent. Got a haircut and it feels so nice to have shorter hair and having someone else wash your hair is always a nice treat. I'm going to go spend the rest of the evening with my mom watching TV and reading books.

Emotionally trying, to be honest. Working to a deadline, worrying about money more than I'd like, and getting depressed about news/sexism/my mother's choice of "news" programs. Aka "Christian" radio that puffs T*ump. :(

One person was being an annoying roadblock at work but what can you do

absolutely shitty. I'm sick again which makes 3 of the last 4 weeks laid out with illness, someone threw a rock through our front window, and everything I need for work is up in limbo so I can't get any work done.

Excellent! I got an internship that sounds like it could be interesting, plus might lead to an actual paid job. The only downside is the commute.

I started my new nannying job, and the kids were really chill! :D

Day 6 of my migraine. It was actually getting better, then the lights in my Spanish class were flickering and the traffic coming home was bad. Now the headache is back to being bad again. I'm taking pills and crashing.

What is the difference between a migraine and a headache for you?

Migraine is a type of headache? For me a migraine means intense, throbbing pain behind one eye or temple (usually right side), vertigo, light and sound sensitivity, and nausea.

I do also get a lot of sinus headaches, but that is sinus pressure, and I can tell the difference. I can also tell what is a tension headache, which is usually pressure all around my head and without the light or sound sensitivity.

Sorry, that wasn't a very clear question. I was just curious because I'm never quite sure where people differentiate between a regular headache or a migraine. And I know everyone is different.

For me, I get headaches pretty regularly. But I only get migraines rarely, and they are completely debilitating. So when people talk about having migraines but going on their daily lives, I'm always curious. I have a co-worker that suffers from migraines daily sometimes and I just imagine that must be awful.

Ah. My migraines vary in level. The difference for me is in the type of pain. Migraines are throbbing on one side with the light and sound sensitivity. I don't get the visual aura thing that many people get. I have meds that work really well if I take them when the migraine starts. The problem was, I was on a plane when this one started and couldn't take it, so it was too late and I just kind of have to wait it out.

Sometimes I can barely function. Sunday through Tuesday was bad. I was on a plane Sunday and Tuesday and in this continuing legal education class I had to attend on Monday. It was awful. I sat in the back on Monday with an ice pack on my head and my sunglasses on. And I took enough painkillers to knock myself out on the plane home Tuesday. Yesterday I slept most of the day. Today the pain was less, so I was able to do more, but it started to get worse again on the drive home from Spanish. Laying in bed now with the lights off.

Anxiety/depression's been kicking my arse up one side and down the other. Like, I might get an apprenticeship! Yay!
But that's a lot of pressure. Boo.
But the chef seems pretty chill! Yay!
But he says there's absolutely no way I can have the week's holiday I already booked for next month. Boo.
Which means I might not get to go to my brother's 30th. Boo.
And my Dad, who is disabled and suffers from chronic pain and I'm pretty certain has a drinking problem will be going alone. Boo.
And I don't think these meds are helping, but I don't want to go back to the doctor. And I have to deal with Centrelink and the tax office and my job service provider and find a super fund and is it too late to fling myself into the abyss?

Fucking awful. I hate all the stupid fucking drivers who can't be bothered with road rules, or the concept of other people.

Starting with these useless fucks who think the passing lane is their personal cruising lane. FUCK OFF AND MOVE OVER.

Stupid assholes who block you in your lane by going neck and neck with you for five minutes straight because they can't be bothered to maintain their speed or commit to a lane decision. WHY THE FUCK DO YOU DO THIS. IT IS RUDE, NOT TO MENTION DANGEROUS.

Shitholes who race all the way down a free lane so that they can slide in front of a long line of cars who were waiting 20 minutes at the stoplight, during rush hour traffic, and where zipper merge is not an option. And did I mention maybe 25% of them use their blinkers? Fuck you, your time is not more important than anyone else's.
