I generally see them called the prequels or the prequel trilogy.

Let's see, what else? 50 Shades, maybe. RPF, though it has a lot of fans, also tends to get derided by a lot of people in a lot of different corners of the internet. It's pretty common for people to drag the Tranformers franchise, though only movie-wise. Supernatural, though the complaints are more often fandom-based than show-based, but there are plenty of those, too. The Big Bang Theory is really disliked here.
