I think Google Flight will let you track airfares and sign up for alerts at price changes. When you're choosing dates, it also shows you a calendar with prices on different dates. Try kayak.com, too. And if you're in the U.S. and don't mind a no-frills airline, at least look at Southwest to see if you're near one of their hubs.

Can't help with AirBnB, sorry. It looks interesting and I know people are keen on it, but I feel weird about staying in someone's house. I also wouldn't risk a place with no reviews unless the photos and listing was immaculate and the price was much cheaper than anything else.

I've been using Tripadvisor. I signed up for alerts but I haven't received any emails, despite the prices changing constantly. I'll give google flights and kayak a try. Thanks!
