...somehow I missed this.

Those are some A+ icons (though they are making me miss Alphona liek whoa). And you made the Alex-in-Hell icon that I've been meaning to make for ages!

I might just have to be lazy and steal a few. :D

This icon is the only one that can express HOW MUCH I MISS VAUGHAN & ALPHONA, AHHHH. I'm pissed that the bit where Karol tried to kiss Nico was during a Miyazawa (I think that was his name) art-bit because I REFUSE TO MAKE ICONS WITH HIS CRAP ART. Most of mine were Alphona's and I've done a few from the Joss arc..but that art bugs me because THE GIRLS HAVE SIDEBURNS ?_?

I did a complete icon overhaul after I finished Runaways. I've never just deleted all of my icons and redone them, but I was like. IT IS TIME. I wanted 'em all in the same style, so I just cropped, sharpened & put borders on :D also yes, Alex in hell is just so angsty and..I teared up at that part ]: partly because it wasn't Gert helping them, and partly because I was like "NO YOU WERE EVIL GOD YOU CAN'T REDEEM YOURSELF"- I have a problem with characters who float lines, they make me sad.

God Miyazawa's art was just askldf;asdjkf. WTW was up with Nico's hair?!?!?! And Chase looked like a girl! AND THEY'RE BRINGING HIM BACK FOR THE YA/RUNAWAYS CROSSOVER. Wtf, Marvel, wtf.

And I'm not crazy about the Joss arc art (Kelly? Ryan? Why can I never keep his name straight?) either, but so many people like it so much that I was starting to feel a bit crazy. It's alright, but...it's a bit hair-swappy to me. Karolina and Molly shouldn't have the same face.

Whenever I miss Alphona (which is often), I pull out the scrapbook of his that I have and look at his crazy drawings of bug-eyed critters or happy, chubby, old people, and it makes it better for a while. But dammit, he needs to be on a new book already.

I keep hoping Alex is going to be the villain that just never really goes away, because it's really perfect. He is such a great character, I want to keep seeing him, evil and all. But that page, homg, BKV really has a knack for the last page gut-punch, and Alphona can deliver the art to back it up. That's one of my favorite comic pages of all time.

I just was like "GODDAMN, YOU ARE FUCKING UP MY GUILTY-PLEASURE OTP SCENE" (well the guilty pleasure otp that's not Chase/Victor hurrrr oh me).

I...yeah. That was a really, really good page.
