Fandom Event Advertising Question

(Anonymous) 2017-03-17 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
I wasn't sure where to ask this, and figured here was as good a place as any.

I'm going to be starting a blog in a few days where I watch, review, and analyze one episode of a TV show every day for a year (to be more specific, I'll be starting with the first episode of Star Trek; Deep Space Nine and working my way through the show for about six months before moving on to another show). I'd like to advertise it here, but given that it's a daily thing and not a livewatch, I didn't know if it was ok to post in the "Fandom Events" section. Is that all right, or should I just post about it in General Comments?

Also (and anybody else reading this can chime in as well), would it be too annoying if I made a post to advertise each individual episode? The last thing I want is to come across as too pushy; I just want people who are interested to be able to find my posts and hopefully have a good time.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Thank you! I didn't have any graphics in mind (they aren't my forte), so they'll probably just be text posts and links. So that shouldn't be a problem.

Honestly? There are plenty of Fandom Events that I just scroll by because they are not relevant to my interests. I wouldn't find one more any more annoying.

As long as it's not annoying, I can work with that. Thanks for the input!
