I found out about it way after the fact and I have no links - what I saw was just an archived Fandomwank page via the Wayback Machine - but basically after Hurrucane Katrina happened, there was this chick insisting everyone stuck in New Orleans totally could have just walked out of the city beforehand and could have escaped the storm on foot.

Oh good grief, I think I remember that wank now. It didn't last too long. I think it was either on SF_Drama or ONTD_Political.
