TA implies college, though.

Which would mean that far by being forced by law to attend, someone (the student, their parents, or their future self who is saddled with the student loan debt) is paying anywhere from about a hundred bucks ($40 or $50 a unit for a two or three unit class) to An Epic Fuckton of Money to sit in the class and not pay attention.
