1) Secret said nothing about the girlfriend masturbating to this scene while OP watched.
2) This isn't porn.

So given that this is your basic network television show (not even cable!) and the suggestion that OP's girlfriend maybe got turned on by this scene (?)... yeah, that falls solidly in the "Grow up and deal with it" category. It is not even close to your example of being trapped in a room while someone else is getting their rocks off.

Well no, because I was directly answering Philstar's comment directly upthread, which starts:

Why is it that some men are totally fine with themselves watching porn/masturbating/having celebrity or fictional crushes, but get jealous or creeped out if their girlfriend does the same thing? Ugh.

Will try to be more explicit about what I am directly replying to in future.

To expand on my earlier comment, for I would not want to be misunderstood, there are, in general, many behaviours which we understand are a part of normal human behaviour which we still don't necessarily wish to observe at ground zero. Which we do not usually broadcast and announce to others if we wish to consider ourselves polite.

I honestly haven't seen the Supernatural show, and am therefore unable to form an opinion on just how weird it is for OP to see their SO doing... whatever, or feeling whatever, while watching this scene.

But I understand that the weirdness OP feels is not necessarily some kind of male privilege either. Some things can be a bit TMI.

Cheers.
