Plus celebs have 1. make up teams 2. easier access to expensive treatments and 3. retouching, all available to them. So like, I imagine its easier for a celeb to deal with/hide acne in general. Idk, most people have at least some acne at one point in their lives, but for a lot of those people, especially people with access to dermatologists and what not, its probably not a "battle".

(Also I googled "celebrities with acne" and "celebrities with cystic acne" to get an idea of who op might mean, and everything is showing me pictures of musicians with like, a small break out. :/)
