Yes! I always liked Hodgins and Angela way more (at least early on, I thought things weren't quite the same when they got back together after breaking up) than Booth and Brennan. I thought they (B/B) were both such massively unlikeable characters and finally quit watching the show because I hated them so much.

The showrunners had a nasty habit of writing Brennan situationally stupid (in ways that were unprofessional) to give Booth the last word in an episode.
