WTF does "banter" have to do with pranks, and why can people not dislike something anymore without it turning into an issue of whether or not they can "handle" it?

Honestly I'm not even sure the idea of "handling" something even has much of a meaning anymore. Saying someone can't handle something is just a way to put a negative spin on them not liking something. Like you disagree with their opinion, so you reword it so now they look weak and incompetent for having expressed it (and hopefully keep their mouth shut next time they dislike something).
