I'm surprised by how little fic there seems to be (at least on Ao3) with this premise, and believe me, I looked. It's not the same, because he's scaly and snaggletoothed rather than big and hairy, but there is a lot of Once Upon a Time Belle/Rumpelstiltskin fic with basically this setup, because Rumpelstiltskin (yes, the gold-spinning child stealer) is Once's version of Disney's Beast.

Fics where Belle is attracted to him as a scaly sorcerer are probably outnumbered by fics where he's human, but that doesn't mean much because there's just so damn much explicit fic for the ship that even a fraction of it is still a lot to wade through. The fandom monster, pun not intended, is A Bed of Thorns, an ongoing fic where Rumpelstiltskin asks for Belle as his wife.

Whereismygarden has some great fic too, but they're not writing or updating OUAT fic anymore. But there's so many authors who've done variations of "I can't possibly be attracted to--okay I give up, I am," and even "I've never felt this about anyone before and I don't understand exactly what I want I just know I want it" in this fandom that I honestly can't list them all.

I will take a look, anon! Definitely forgot about this show as watched up to the point where Marion died (well, was cursed then, I heard she died) and never looked at fics unless someone I known written them due to odd fandom wars. However, this Belle was pretty much way more fleshed out and had a development arc. Rumpletiltskin is not very similar to Beast personality wise but meshes with this Belle way better and can see why plenty people written more on that. Not sure if secret poster's trope would ICly fit but magic and internet make stuff happen.
