Considering it's reality TV and that they seem to be choosing people purely on the basis of whether or not they're an utter fuck anymore (I'm looking at you, Hell's Kitchen) - 'jr' versions might be a wee bit more refreshingly 'real', as kids aren't quite so artificial.

And i do like Masterchef Junior. But precocious kids *are* annoying, especially if they're being presented in smarmy or over-the-top ways.
