I always assumed they were too busy dealing with the injured person.

It's been about ten years since I saw that movie but I seem to recall an injured person.

I don't remember an injured person. I mean, there *were* injured people, but they were dead pretty quick. There wasn't any extended care scene that i can recall.....

Yeah it was shockingly good for what it was. In general, almost none of the people in it acted like idiots and they still pretty much got got lol
