I don't know what to tell you there, OP.

This isn't something you should go into scared. Maybe it would be a good idea to go into wherever you plan on getting it done and have a look around the place. Possibly even ask if someone else getting a tattoo wouldn't mind you watching the procedure so you can get a sense of what it will be like?

Perhaps that would put you a little more at ease.
