03. /SIGNED. GOD I WANT A SEQUEL SO HARDCORE. Though only if the Non-Human path is canon.

56. I think you missed the point of why Neku did what he did, but I think I get it. Then again, I usually like when characters fuck each other over, so I thought what Joshua did was deliciously hilarious, and I find him extremely fascinating and love him to death for it, but I might be alone in that opinion.

56. Seconded. Joshua is a great character because he's pretty complex...yet at the same time not. Because he says 'I know what I'll do' to Neku before he does the whole 'SHOOT MEH. GO ON, I DARE YOU' thing, so I always assumed he'd made the choice not to destroy Shibuya beforehand and was just leading Neku down the garden path, so to speak.

Which is deliciously ironic.

In other news, I think I love your icon.

I think I get that he'd decided not to destroy Shibuya - that really, Neku's journey was what swayed him, in the end. That something he saw in that struggle convinced him that there was something worth saving.

At the same time, his instigation of that foolishness... I can't really forgive him.

... so I spend my time justifying him to myself.

On the other hand? Piface I love to little pieces in all his batshit glory <3
