26. ARGH. No, dude, YOU'RE the reason you're failing out of college.

I do empathize with you. I'm saying this as someone who had serious academic difficulty this semester due to reading fanfic when I should have been writing papers and studying. But the fault of that laid entirely with me and my poor impulse control and time management -- not with fanfic, or fandom, or the shows I obsess over.

Word. I was in the same place and I was like "damn you, lotrips fandom, you're ruining my college years!" And then I was like "okay -- time to put the laptop down and go pick up the Faulkner before I get tossed out of college".

FANFIC/FANDOM -- no one's clockworking oranging your eyes to the screen. Do your damn homework.

Ditto. I mean, I've been in a 2 year, head over heels draw-him-all-the-time love affair with Marc Warren, but I only used his movies/shows as a reward to myself when the work was done. I'm not a smart cookie, but deciding how and when to do things gave me a 4.0. School is very hard, but only you can get through it. I hope next semester (if you have one left) is better for you.
