Entitlement? Excuse me, pleasuring your partner and s/he pleasuring you as a show of affection is the whole point of sexual encounters in the first place. Everyone is entitled to sexual pleasure, and if your partner prefers it a certain way, s/he deserves it to happen as many times as they want that way, just like YOU deserve it however way YOU prefer it.

Read his column more and you'll realize that most of the people who write in are complete idiots.

Female sexuality is not a magical Rubix cube that is a billion times more complex than a man's. Everyone's sexuality is complex, but if a person explores his or her own sexuality without fear or prudery, it becomes very straightforward. If sex sucks for someone, s/he needs to come out and say so and demand exactly what they want.

His absolute best advice to ANYONE (but especially women of a certain disposition) in unhappy relationships is "Masturbate more and find out what you want sexually and demand it from your partner. If s/he won't provide? Find someone better who will." I like him for that, period, even if sometimes he's fallible, like any other human being. He's not usually snide or clueless in my opinion, it's just that a lot of people who write or call in are ignorant, immature, or worse passive-aggressive about what they need and want, and they should know better. He's not a relationship counselor--if someone has a major emotional problem, he shouldn't have to deal with that. His focus is sex, and sex advice is really one maxim: "Stop being a goddamn prude and get what you want or don't and suffer for it. Speak up or shut up, because really, there's no other option."

Communication is key, right? You should NEVER keep secrets from anyone. This comm is humor, and it saddens me that some people really ARE this passive-aggressive and meek.
