It's not a specific accent, but people who talk really slowly irritate the hell out of me.

More specifically, most east coast (New York, Boston, etc.) accents bother me. And some southern ones (the slow talkers seem to be mainly southern) annoy me, but others I'm fine with.

That's a weird combo: the slow talkers and the fast talkers all annoy you.

If by fast talkers, you mean the east coasters, it's not the fast talking that annoys me but the actual accent itself if that makes any sense (not sure it does but that's the best way I can describe it).
