The concept of NoFap has always seemed unhealthy to me. There's nothing wrong with it, unless it's to the point where it's interfering with someone's life, and in that case, they needs to get professional help, not just "oh, I'm going to stop." That never works for anything.

Well, on the one hand abstaining for a small period of time is good for the soul, imo. Like it's good to remind yourself that your in control of your body, but the idea of NoFap as a way of living rather than a brief exercise in self control seems like a horrible idea.

The other thing to consider is the rewards. That fist nut you bust after a stint of nofap if ducking Devine.
