Re: Interesting Differences
My Mom's from England, so family visit trips were a yearly thing, and while we were there... it's just a skip over to France, you know? Or Ireland. And, shucks, let's road trip over a few more countries while we're at it, OH HEY WAS THAT LUXEMBOURG oh it's gone.
I know in my head that most people in the US can't afford overseas vacations, and a lot don't even do continental US vacations, but my heart is going "BUT I'VE BEEN OVER THERE, LIKE, THIRTY TIMES AND YOU HAVEN'T EVEN ROAD-TRIPPED OUTSIDE OF MISSOURI?! GO!! SEE THINGS!! SEEEEEEE THIIIIIINGS!!!"
