I felt that way about Divergent. Everything about it made me angry except the way it was written. It flowed so well so I felt like I was actually living inside the story. I can't think of any other book that I've ever read that made me feel that way - not even ones that I loved.

Some authors are like that. "Damn you for being such a good writer! I don't like your take on things, but I can't put it down!!!!"

It's a weird mixture of jealousy and enjoyment and irritating when an author is just too good to quit reading, even when you have some big issues with something about their work.
