Barney/Robin. Ignoring the awful final that broke them up. And yes, I still ship them.

They teased B'Lanna and Tom Paris for a while before they actually got together near the beginning of season 4. I semi-ship them. Don't read fics, but I like them in canon. Same with Odo and Kira, only I have read some fics.
