I think the problem is that the people discussing aren't the ones voting, that's the biggest challenge. I understand not reading if your book isn't picked but there's too many where the votes are disproportionate to the discussion.

Again, I'm so happy you're sticking with this and trying to make it work so hard, I just wish it promoted more discussion.

Yeah, I agree. I might try some different stuff with the discussion but probably not this month, since I'm moving. I'm hoping that Pratchett's general popularity will encourage more participation.
