~$830/mo for mortgage/HOA fees on a townhouse, which includes water/garbage/gas, which is super nice. Electricity is really low too, usually about $45/mo. Internet's a bit of a rip at $60/mo for pretty garbage connection, though, haha.

Property taxes, though. Yikes.

This is an absolute steal for the general area, but I'm definitely not in the nicest of neighborhoods, either. I think it's gonna be cleaning up soon, though; there's a lot of building and transit coming in nearby. So at least we're probably going to make a good chunk of money on the place when we do decide to move on!
