I just had a phone interview, and I thought it went really well. which sucks, because it's really going to feel shitty when I don't get the job, but it's also impossible for me not to think about it and hope, you know?

I've been job hunting for months, desperately trying to escape my toxic horrible job, and I haven't gotten a single interview. Seriously depressed.

Thank you! It's actually the second interview for this position (first was with the recruiter, this was the hiring manager, next would be in-person) and it's something that I'm genuinely qualified for, but that has a tendency not to matter, so here's hoping.

Good luck with your search! It really is an awful, awful experience and I can't blame anyone for being depressed. hugs if wanted.
