When I visited a car show today, there were representatives from Carbage Run Sweden. Carbage Run is a 5 day "race" through Europe, where you have to have a car that is at least 15 years old and cost less than 500 Euros. You get a bunch of missions to complete every day and they may be weird and awkward at times. End goal is to get your car over the finish line. Maybe one year I could participate, 'cause it sounds like a really fun adventure to me.

Have you heard of, or perhaps done something similarily oddball and fun? Throw in all suggestions here.

Buddy of mine did a massive moped race from, like, Portland or Seattle down to San Diego. Pretty fucking insane stuff

Nah not that. It's called the Pinball Run (because it's like Cannonball Run except with much smaller vehicles). much more unofficial and punky compared to that link. Also uses mopeds specifically rather than scooters.

Maybe not all that oddball, but I'd love to try a walking holiday. Haven't been in good enough health or even just had the time/company lately, but it's on my bucket list. I have a mate who hiked from our town to the next town over through the mountains, think it took them the better part of a day or something, which I'd love to try when I'm in better shape.

That sounds like a good idea, too. I hope you do get to do this one day.

That does sound like a lot of fun, especially going through some countries in Europe... hopefully you can do it one day.
