I think that's the case with an overwhelming majority of transmale headcanon fanart AND fic (which is in a huge amount of cases all about PIV sex and impregnation as well). Makes me think that at least a decently sized part of the trans headcanon fetish fandom is only using trans as an excuse to ship in the big popular slash fandoms without having to touch the icky gay sex part of it.

Yes, I've noticed this too! But I've also noticed their top surgery scars tend to be huge and very noticeable, also to the point of fetishism. They rarely try to make the poor dude appear masculine, either. So there he is, with scars like glowing beacons, and still looking like a woman.

S!A although feminine transmen tend to appear more in headcanon art than in porn, to be fair. At least from what I've experienced.

I'm trans and I agree so damn hard about the creepy fetishism in fandom.
