nayrt - But that's the reason they say not to worry about things you can't control - because worrying about it to distraction and worse doesn't do anything but distract and agitate you. It's meant that you should try to focus on the things you can't control and while we still might worry about things we CAN'T control, not to worry about it to a degree where it's all-consuming. Because it doesn't help the problem, or make me feel any better.
